Uses:  Makes succulent honey-glazed ham, chicken and surprisingly delicious roasted vegetables.  For the ultimate ribs, apply generously and cook until falling-off-the-bone tender. 

Ingredients:  Honey powder, unrefined sea salt, paprika, garlic, onion

Spicy Sweet Potatoes

3 large sweet potatoes, peeled

2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbs balsamic vinegar

1-2 Tbs s.a.l.t. sisters Honey Glaze Rub & Seasoning

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

 Preheat oven to 400°.  Cut sweet potatoes into 1 inch cubes.  In a large bowl, add sweet potatoes, EVOO, balsamic vinegar, Honey Glaze Rub, sea salt and cayenne, tossing to coat.  Transfer to a baking sheet and bake, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, about 40-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.  Serve warm
